How Can I Keep My Premium Features?
Refresh to Keep Your Ambassador Status
As a Seesaw Ambassador, you’ve had access to our premium Seesaw Instruction & Insights (SI&I) features throughout the year. It was stated in the 2024 Refresh course that this access will end on July 15th unless your school has purchased SI&I. Don’t worry—you’ll still retain all the content you’ve created.
To check your school’s subscription status, sign in to your Seesaw account, click your profile icon, then the gear icon > Account Settings > Manage Subscriptions.
If your school does not currently have Seesaw Instruction and Insights, you can use this template to email your school administrator and help them learn more about these valuable features.
This year’s refresh course is coming to you in two bite-sized parts, designed to fit more easily into your busy schedule. To stay active as a Seesaw Ambassador at your school, completing this course is a must-do.
Part 1 should only take about 20 minutes of your time. Please make sure to do this ASAP as there are some time-sensitive information in there. Part 2 will be ready for you towards the end of July.

If you’re having trouble with your Seesaw app, explore the Seesaw Help Center for troubleshooting expertise. If you have questions about being an Ambassador, jump into your Ambassador community FB group to get immediate wisdom and ideas. If you still need help with something Ambassador community-related, email the Seesaw Community Team at community@seesaw.me.
Unfortunately, there’s very little Seesaw can do here. Some email domains block our emails before they even send and we’re not able to tell who this is happening to. Our best advice is to check your spam folder and bookmark community@seesaw.me & do-not-reply@mail.seesaw.me to help with this. This won’t solve every email problem, but this Ambassador Toolkit will always have the latest information you need.
Your Seesaw Ambassador membership lasts for one year! Each July, you must complete the updated mandatory refresh course in order to renew your Ambassador status for another year.
You must complete a refresh course every year to maintain your Ambassador status. A new refresh course is released every July. It is expected that you complete the new refresh course within the month after it is released. You are also expected to lead as a Seesaw expert within your school community and participate in the Seesaw community.
If you have educators you’d like to invite into the Seesaw Community, get them started as a Seesaw Pioneer.
Educators who have been in the Pioneer community for at least 3 months can be personally invited to join the Ambassador community based on a series of qualifications:
- Complete 3+ courses in the Community Courses Bundle
- Actively use Seesaw
- Their school needs a Seesaw Ambassador
Select educators in schools that subscribe to our premium service, Seesaw for Schools, can be personally invited to Fast Track into the Seesaw Ambassador community.
If you have been an official Seesaw Ambassador for 3 or more years and have used Seesaw every month, you will automatically receive an email inviting you to apply to join the Seesaw Certified Educator community when you reach your 3-year mark. If you did not see this email and are positive you meet the two criteria above, the form is here for your convenience. We welcome Seesaw Certified Educators three times a year. When will I hear back about my application? If you submit your application between January-April, you will receive communication by May 31st. If you submit your application between May-August, you will receive communication by September 30th. If you submit your application between September-December, you will receive communication by January 31st.
